This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Just Cleanz Cleaning Services (“Just Cleanz,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By booking a service with Just Cleanz, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Just Cleanz provides residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning services, as outlined in our service descriptions.
1.2 All services will be performed professionally and efficiently, using industry-standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.
1.3 The scope of work will be agreed upon before the service date, including any specific requests from the Client.
2. Booking & Scheduling
2.1 All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.
2.2 Clients must provide accurate service details (location, access instructions, and any special requirements).
2.3 Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Access to Premises
3.1 The Client must ensure Just Cleanz has safe and unrestricted access to the premises at the agreed time.
3.2 If access is denied or unavailable at the scheduled time, a call-out fee or the full service fee may apply.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 For recurring services, invoices are issued on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis (as agreed).
4.3 We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Credit Card & Cash.
4.4 Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% if not settled within 7 days.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
5.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule a service at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5.3 If our team arrives and is unable to complete the service due to lack of access or other Client-related issues, the full service fee may be charged.
6. Service Satisfaction & Complaints
6.1 If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
6.2 Just Cleanz will assess the complaint and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
6.3 Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be rectified through reasonable corrective action.
7. Health & Safety
7.1 Just Cleanz follows strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
7.2 Clients must disclose any hazardous materials, structural issues, or safety concerns before service.
7.3 Our staff reserves the right to decline or halt service if conditions pose a risk to health or safety.
8. Liability & Insurance
8.1 Just Cleanz is fully insured for public liability and professional cleaning services.
8.2 We take utmost care with property and belongings, but we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
- Damage to fragile or improperly secured items (e.g., loose fixtures, artwork, unsecured electronics).
- Loss or misplacement of valuables not stored securely before cleaning.
8.3 Clients should remove valuable or fragile items before service to prevent potential incidents.
9. Confidentiality & Privacy
9.1 Just Cleanz respects client confidentiality and follows New Zealand Privacy Laws when handling personal information.
9.2 We do not share or disclose client information unless required by law or authorised by the Client.
10. Termination of Service
10.1 Just Cleanz reserves the right to terminate services if the Client:
- Repeatedly fails to make timely payments.
- Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward our staff.
- Fails to provide safe working conditions.
10.2 Clients may terminate ongoing services by providing 30 day’s written notice.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in New Zealand courts.
