At Just Cleanz Cleaning Services, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
  • If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the premises, it will be considered a late cancellation, and the full service fee may be charged.
1.2 Just Cleanz - Initiated Cancellations
  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date.
  • If a reschedule is not feasible, clients will receive a full refund of any pre-paid amounts.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Service Dissatisfaction
  • If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
  • Just Cleanz will arrange a re-cleaning appointment at no additional cost, provided the complaint is valid and aligns with our service standards.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably rectified.
2.2 Non-Refundable Payments
  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable, except in cases where Just Cleanz fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
  • Deposits for special or customised cleaning services may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after preparations have been made.

3. Payment Disputes

  • If there is a dispute regarding a charge, clients must contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
  • Just Cleanz reserves the right to investigate complaints and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a re-clean, partial refund, or credit toward future services.
